E-Commerce services such as Yemmz, WebCash and FPX are social commerce portals which enables individuals to operate and maintain an online business inclusive of performing transaction.

Currently there are four payment methods made available in Yemmz, which are Offline, Credit Card, FPX and Webcash.

Offline Transaction


• The business transaction activities can be made between the "Buyer" and the "Seller" without the use of Yemmz.com payment gateway. Please note that the transaction between "Buyer" and "Seller" is the sole responsibilities between both parties and proper precaution is advisable.

Credit Card


• The supported payment options for credit card in Yemmz are MasterCard and Visa.

Webcash


• Webcash is an online payment services provided by Webonline Dot Com Sdn Bhd. It is a Prepaid Virtual Payment System where the customers determine the amount of the cash value they want to acquire / pay into their Webcash account. Once they procure an account for the desired value, the account will be activated. This will allow the subscriber to conduct online transactions offered by YEMMZ instantaneously.

FPX


• FPX is online payment services provided by MEPS Sdn Bhd. Malaysian Banks that participate include Maybank (M2U), CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, Public Bank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and RHB Bank. Since Webonline Dot Com is facilitating for also FPX payment, sellers and buyers need to register an account in Webcash.

After signing up as a Yemmz member, you can immediately post items for sale. In order for you to receive your sales payment, you may choose your payment method between offline, Credit Card, FPX and Webcash

Credit Card enabled seller

  First you need to complete two application forms which are Personal Information Form and Bank Details of Vendor Section Form. Then, you will need to scan your IC or Passport and Bank Statement as supporting documents and upload these documents in an image file.
  
  Please make sure that you key in correctly the image filename in the respective boxes to ensure speedy processing.

  Please note that you will have to bear 3% processing fee from the total amount of the transaction value.
  
  E.g. : For a product costing RM10, TM will settle or pay into your bank account RM9.70 (RM10 - 0.30sen (processing fee)

Webcash/FPX enabled seller

• To register please click at the URL below and select "Register at WEBCASH"

  You will need to complete the form and submit the form to webcash. You will receive your Webcash Account Number and Temporary password.
  
  Please note that you will have to bear 2.5% processing fee from the total amount of the transaction.
  
  E.g.: For a product sold costing RM10-00, Webonline Dot Com will pay into your webcash account, RM9-75 (RM10-00 - 0.25sen). For more information please visit their website at https://webcash.com.my/.

During the process to add your product in the Buy and Sell section in Yemmz, you will need to add at least one of the payment methods.

If you choose Webcash or FPX as the online payment option, you will need to key in your Webcash ID/Account Number in the "Webcash ID" box.

Buyer Using Credit Card Payment Method

• When a buyer completes online payment transaction using Credit Card as a payment option AND the payment is completed and successful, you as the seller should make the necessary arrangements to deliver the purchased product to the buyer.
  
  Once the buyer has received the product, the seller must provide an invoice of the item sold and proof of delivery document to the Ecommerce Unit, address as per below:-

  Once the Ecommerce Unit has received and confirmed the document, money will be transferred to the sellers account. The process will take between 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) days, depending on the receipt of the invoice claim and delivery document to Ecommerce Unit.
  
  Please note that there is no minimum settlement amount however, in addition to the 3% credit card processing fee, the Bank will charge an additional RM2-00 per settlement.

Using FPX and Webcash

• The Merchant shall submit to Webonline Dot Com on a daily basis, by [10.00am] every business day, a report of all transactions and each transaction value ("Transaction Value") paid utilizing the Webcash payment system at the Merchant's e-store the preceding day(s ) Webonline Dot Com will verify the Merchant's report against its own report ("Webcash Report") and shall remit the Transaction Value less than the Webcash's commission ("Commission") to the Merchant's account in accordance with the Webcash report.
  
  All payment and remittances shall be made in Ringgit Malaysia and shall be made within [7] business days of receipt of the Merchant's Report. There is a minimum payout for settlement with amount of MYR 100.00. If the weekly settlement sum (after deducting the transaction fee) is lower than the minimum payout amount, WEBONLINE DOT COM SDN BHD will hold the payout until next payout.
  
  In the event the Merchant choose to use banking or financial services of any other financial institution other than CIMB Bank Berhad, the Merchant shall bear all cost and financial charges. Any payment due for Products or services sold through use of the Webcash payment system shall be claimed by the Merchant within 30 days from the date of the respective transaction. Any payment not claimed after the expiration of the 30 days period may thereafter be subject to challenge by the user as to the authenticity of the transaction.

Select your card issuing Bank, enter your credit card number and CVV number *. Then select your credit card expiry date and the type of credit card - VISA or Mastercard.

Once completed, click "Submit" button to continue.

And your payment will be sent over to be process at the bank.

You will then receive the status of your transaction on the confirmation page. The status can either be a "FAIL" status if your card has problem, "SUCCESS" status which means your transaction is confirmed and COMPLETED or "CANCEL" status when you cancel your transaction at the bank page. For FAIL status you should contact your Bank to inquire.
